I take full responsibility for whatever that is happening at JDT.

I guess I have set the standard very high — winning 15 trophies in seven years — and expectations on JDT are also very high.

Our fans take a draw as a loss and losing as a tragedy but we must accept the fact that there are high tides and low tides in life. There are rainy days and sunny days, ups and downs. That is life.

We must also understand that these footballers are not machines. We must appreciate and value what they have done because at the end of the day, they have given us plenty of success.

For example, we won three trophies just last year and we won the Charity Cup at the beginning of this season.

I can see that the players are a bit tired because of the packed schedule. We have had more games than anybody else because we also play in the AFC Champions League. But I am confident that the players will rise.

Whatever it is, I'm always with the players, coaches and staff all the way. Whether we win or lose, I’m here with them.

I'm totally behind them and take full responsibility for whatever that is happening, be it the performance or anything at JDT.
