Blood samples were taken and sent to a renowned lab in Australia. The results showed that the L-Carnitine content in the blood of JDT players were very satisfactory.

It is a type of amino acid that helps improve footballers' performance by reducing the lactic acid concentration and toxins formed after training. Besides that, it can help produce energy from fats.

The main function of consuming L-Carnitine is to provide energy for players. The energy is produced from burning the fats in the body.
