Leading the front was Safawi Rasid after being named Most Valuable Player for the second year running. Safawi, who scored 20 goals and had 10 assists, was also named Best Forward.

Other JDT players named best in their respective categories were Farizal Marlias (Best Goalkeeper), Hariss Harun (Best Asean Import), Diogo Luis Santo (Best Import) and Akhyar Rashid (Most Promising Player).
