Johor Darul Ta'zim FC (JDT) are surprised of the naivety of Harian Metro's back page today titled "Ada Duit Semua Jadi" (Everything Possible With Money) and the article's lack of wisdom in insinuating that money is the root of all success. [1/11]

While JDT do indeed have stable financing, it is foolish to think that money alone can bring success. The Southern Tigers' success is a result of carefully thought plans in ensuring there is progress at the club to meet its long term and short term goals.

[2/11]

Money without the knowledge and determination to succeed would not have allowed JDT to grow into the empire we are today.

[3/11]

The notion that even the least paid players earn five-figure salaries ("Puluhan Ribu") is absolutely untrue and it is an effort to undermine the great work done at JDT.

[4/11]

We are considering legal action on unscrupulous allegations stated in the article. We hope media organisations will be objective in their writings without any biasness.

Teams such as Pahang, Kedah, Selangor and Felda United have had plenty of money over the years, some as much as RM30-40 million per year.

[6/11]

Over a period of 10 years, some of these teams have spent up to RM300-400million in total, yet most of these teams do not even have basic facilities such as a training centre, equipment and expertise to help a player grow.

[7/11]

Instead, plenty of these funds are used entirely on players in pursuit of instant success.

[8/11]

At JDT, the club has invested in ensuring there are top facilities, equipment and expertise to help players grow.

[9/11]

Players such as Safawi Rasid, Afiq Fazail, Adam Nor Azlin, Syamer Kutty Abba and Syafiq Ahmad have raised their standards with the facilities and support system at JDT.

[10/11]

Similar facilities are also available for aspiring youngsters at the JDT Academy and the results are evident as JDT won six national junior titles from Under-12 to Under-17 over the last two years.
