QUESTION: Tuanku, what is your opinion on the Malaysia Cup?

Everyone has their personal opinion, but for me, I feel that the League and FA Cup are the most prestigious because there is a path to Asia. I have been saying the same from before.

Yes, the Malaysia Cup is the oldest competition and has prestige but at the same time, as the last competition of the season, teams that have not won anything for the season will be more motivated.

For JDT, it is different because we won six trophies for the first time from the juniors all the way to the senior team - U12, U14, U17, JDT II (Challenge Cup) and the senior team won the Malaysia Super League and Charity Cup.

Next year, we will start a new chapter. A new home - the new stadium. We are playing in the AFC Champions League for the second year too. Alhamdulillah.

So for me the Malaysia Cup is just another tournament, nothing more. But I am confident that the club, players and coaches, who are all professionals, will give their best for the fans, sponsors and so on.

QUESTION: Fans attendance at Shah Alam is expected to be the highest for this season, are you surprised, Tuanku?

Not at all. Everywhere we go, it's the highest attendance of fans. Perhaps the FA of Selangor should be thankful to us because every time we come visiting, it's an opportunity to make money.

I also want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and congratulate to everyone involved with JDT, including the fans and sponsors, because I am grateful for this season and I am looking forward to next season.

If we win tomorrow's match and then the competition, it's good, but it's difficult for me to feel upset if we don't because we are already League champions and won several junior trophies. It's a great year considering we embark on a new chapter next season.
