While JDT have enjoyed multiple successes one after another, the management also pays close attention to the Southern Tigers' development squads. This is evident from the various facilities provided including stadiums and training pitches that meet proper standards. [1/5]

Looking at JDT II, JDT III (Under-21) and JDT IV (Under-19), besides using similar facilities to the senior team at the Padang Mawar Training Centre, stadium facilities being well kept also play an important role in player development.

The Majlis Perbandaran Pasir Gudang Stadium, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah Mini Stadium, and Kulai Mini Stadium are proof that the management takes every aspect into account including match venues for the teams' respective competitions.
