Just days ago, the Southern Tigers also won their sixth consecutive Malaysia Super League title and what a way to honour that with six World Cup winners gracing Larkin.

The six are David Trezeguet, Robert Pires (both France, 1998), Rivaldo (Brazil, 2002), Bebeto (Brazil, 1994) and Italy's 2006 members Marco Materazzi and Gianluca Zambrotta.

Never before has such a star studded cast played a football match in Malaysia. The JDT All-Stars Friendly is the brainchild of HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor.
