JDT LEARN FROM THE BEST
Johor Darul Ta'zim FC (JDT) aspire to be the best and have made it a point to learn from the best in football in the quest for excellence.

HRH Crown Prince of Johor, has built connections around the football world ranging from club owners, presidents, agents and former household names such as Luis Figo and David Beckham to current superstars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Gerard Pique.

These connections have brought exposure to the world of football and inevitably helps JDT on and off the pitch.

HRH Tunku Ismail and the Southern Tigers have had working visits to Madrid, Barcelona, Turin, Manchester, Dortmund, Paris and more, gathering useful knowledge to implement at JDT.

Among the things include administration, academy, brand building and the importance of facilities.

Borussia Dortmund from Germany, Valencia of Spain and Japanese club Consadole Sapporo have had dealings with the JDT academy ranging from having coaches stationed in Johor Bahru and implementation of foreign modules to training stints.

Recovery and rehabilitation of players have also benefited from good foreign ties as the likes of Gary Steven Robbat, Natxo Insa, Darren Lok, Syafiq Ahmad and so on received treatment from foreign experts.
