A ten-man JDT stood stall in Kuantan for a draw a fortnight ago. Now five points clear at the top, a full strength JDT will also have the Larkin Roar behind them at the Tan Sri Dato' Haji Hassan Yunos Stadium.

Morale is at a high following a good showing in the league and the AFC Champions League, thus motivating the players to make a title statement this week.
