The Southern Tigers have three full-sized pitches at the Padang Seri Gelam Training Centre, each with a different type of surface to ensure the players are prepared for all conditions.

JDT have a field with cow grass - utilised in most stadiums in Malaysia including Larkin - an artificial pitch at the Indoor Training Centre, & a Zoysia Zeon grass field, which was ready this year & the same as the pitch currently being laid at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium.
