Johor Darul Ta'zim FC, (JDT) Luciano Figueroa has accomplished a rare feat of scoring in the Charity Cup triumph in one season (2018) to win the trophy and winning the trophy as manager and head coach the following year. [1/5]

Figueroa scored the opening goal of the 2018 Charity Cup tie against Kedah, a match the Southern Tigers won 2-1 at the Tan Sri Dato' Haji Hassan Yunos Stadium. He was in the dugout as manager and coach when JDT defeated Perak 1-0 in the 2019 edition on February 2.

The former Argentinean international is considered an icon by the fans and is an examplary of a player for all JDT players for the commitment and determination shown during his time at JDT.

He first joined JDT as a player for the 2014 season, winning back-to-back Malaysia Super League title in 2014 and 2015, the 2015 Charity Cup and the historic 2015 AFC Cup.
