Johor Darul Ta'zim FC (JDT) have had plenty of recipes for success since 2013 and focussing on ourselves to improve has been a reason the Southern Tigers have manage to grow well. [1/4]

Having set the benchmark in Malaysian football and continuously raising it, HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim always urges the club to find ways within the club to improve, instead of being engrossed or paying much attention to our competitors.

The burning desire to constantly improve has seen JDT achieve milestones after milestones. The club have won 12 trophies since 2013 - including a record five consecutive Malaysia Super League titles and the 2015 AFC Cup.

Aspirations to further improve will materialise when the club makes an AFC Champions League group stage debut against defending champions Kashima Antlers on March 5.
