Preseason matches are very important on every team's calendar. Not only is it a preparation platform for a team but it can be considered as the best platform for coaches to pick the best starting line-up.

Through preseason matches, players can get used to tactics planned by coaches because the matches are semi-competitive and more intensive than daily training.

Players can also use preseason matches to develop stronger chemistry among themselves. Coaches can also experiment by playing players in various positions to make them more versatile players.
