For the 2019 season, different physical training methods will be adopted, the usage of more advanced equipment, a better dietary care as well as psychological assistance to help players in terms of the mental aspect will be improved on. [1/4]

JDT have ordered several high tech equipments that will arrive in the near future. Among the new equipment that have arrived are Saliva Testing Kits, Super Inductive System, Hypervolt Vibration Massage Device, Hydrotheraphy Machine and Smartspeed System Gates.

All these equipment function to observe the players' fitness levels, build the players' endurance after injury, restore injured muscles and soft tissues including reducing the recovery time for a player.

The investment of almost RM1.4 million to upgrade the JDT Sports Science Department is in line with the vision and mission of HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor, to ensure JDT are always the best on and off the field. [4/4]
