The success of Harimau Malaya advancing to the finals of the AFF Suzuki Cup and the proud achievements of the national teams including the Under-23 and Under-19 teams paid off after the reshuffling done by His Royal Highness.

HRH had reshuffled the coaching line-up for three national teams by enlisting Bojan Hodak to guide the U-19 squad, Ong Kim Swee for U-23s and appointed Tan Cheng Hoe as assistant coach for the senior squad before handing him the head coach role at the end of last year.

Also reported was His Royal Highness congratulating Tan Cheng Hoe's squad, who will be in action at the finals  of the Suzuki AFF Cup 2018.
