English football news agency Goal has labelled Johor Darul Ta'zim FC's (JDT) acquisition of Aarón Ñíguez as adding firepower upfront and that the Spaniard will bring with him plenty of European football experience ahead of the 2019 AFC Champions League. [1/3]

According to Goal, the former Spain Under-21 ambidextrous player has managed to make a decent career for himself since graduating from the academy at Valencia C.F. in 2007. He was also named among World Soccer's Top 50 Most Exciting Teenage Footballers that year.

Goal also reported on Ñíguez's career path that saw him play in Greece, Scotland and Spain. He had 31 starts, producing five goals, in the 2017-18 Segunda Division season for Real Oviedo.
