The Southern Outlaws Motorcycle Club is an idea conceived by HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim to unite bikers in Johor. Thread 1/7
An avid rider himself, often going on riding trips with his friends, the Crown Prince of Johor aspires to see Southern Outlaws uniting bikers in Johor. This is because he has always admired the camaraderie the bikers have.
Thread 2/7
Tunku Ismail has already instilled a similar spirit at Johor Darul Ta'zim FC (JDT) by coining the 'JDT Family' phrase, which symbolises a brotherhood.
Thread 3/7
Like many other biker clubs around the world, the Southern Outlaws will adopt a similar hierarchy where there will be roles such as 'Founder', 'President', 'Vice President', 'Sergeant At Arms', 'Secretary, 'Treasurer', 'Road Captain' and so on.
Thread 4/7
The Southern Outlaws will practice an inclusive approach where one does not need to be a Johorean to be a member. The main criteria is that members must possess a motorcycle above 500cc.
Thread 5/7
Those interested will first go through a 'Hangarounds' and 'Prospects' stage before becoming a full member. This is where they'll need to show commitment to the club by being present for activities. There is no registration until becoming a full member.
Thread 6/7
Southern Outlaws are in the midst of drafting a constitution and registering with the Registry of Societies before commencing activities.
Southern Outlaws will also have a certain percentage of shares in JDT.
