Johor Darul Ta'zim winger Gonzalo Cabrera was Johor Darul Ta'zim FC's (JDT) creative engine in the 2018 season after providing the most assists across all competitions. [1/4]

According to season statistics, the 29-year-old made eight assists in addition to the 14 goals that saw him become runner-up to youngster Safawi Rasid in the club top scorer list.

Cabrera has been with the Southern Tigers for two years since joining for the 2017 season. That year, he bagged an impressive 19 goals and made five assists. He has won two Malaysia Super League titles, the 2017 Malaysia Cup and the 2018 Charity Cup.
