It has been over five years since HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim kick-started the Johor Football revolution and from barely a turnout, Johor Darul Ta'zim FC (JDT) grew into consistently having the best average attendance for home matches. [1/9]

Today, the Southern Tigers hit 2 million followers on Facebook and we could not have done it without the JDT Family - from the Crown Prince of Johor to the players, supports system and crucially the legions of fans who stand faithfully behind the club. [2/9]

JDT have won a record five straight Malaysia Super League titles, three Charity Cups, 2016 FA Cup, 2017 Malaysia Cup and the 2015 AFC Cup, where JDT were the first Southeast Asian club to win the Asian competition. [3/9]

The JDT Family has been crucial in raising the profile of the Southern Tigers, who have also attracted international attention with tie-ups with clubs such as Borussia Dortmund from Germany and Valencia from Spain. [4/9]

Congratulatory messages were on digital boards in England during the 2017 Carabao Cup tie between Chelsea and Nottingham Forest and later the 2017-18 English Premier League match between Leicester City and Liverpool, all because of excellent foreign ties. [5/9]

HRH Tunku Ismail has also brought the brand to global superstars such as David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique and Fernando Torres. [6/9]

The Southern Tigers brand can only expand with participation in the 2019 AFC Champions League, the country's first club to do so, and the opening of the new Sultan Ibrahim Stadium. [7/9]

HRH Tunku Ismail also recently announced plans to have a state-of-the-art training facility adjacent to the new stadium. The possibilities are endless. [8/9]
