1. GRASSROOTS LEVEL JDT have always been emphasising on grassroots development. At present, JDT are seen as having a consistent grassroots project with long-term plans. Thread 3/13

The JDT-Valencia Academy has begun to show positive results by winning several tournaments in 2018. Surely the results will continue to show for JDT in the next 10 to 15 years. Thread 4/13

2. CONSISTENT SOURCE OF FINANCES JDT have detailed plans in terms of the club's finances. The club's finances come from HRH Crown Prince of Johor's coffer as well as several sponsors involved in facilitating Johor's development. Thread 5/13

The issue of delayed salaries or the club having financial difficulties does not occur at all at JDT. Thread 6/13

3. COLLABORATION WITH OVERSEAS CLUBS JDT have made arrangements to gain knowledge from clubs in Southeast Asia, Asia, Europe as well as South America. Thread 7/13

The knowledge gained from these successful clubs in each highlighted region will be able to offer inspirations to the club in scaling greater heights. Thread 8/13

4. FACILITIES It is commonly known in Malaysia and elsewhere that JDT are the only club with the best and world-class facilities in Malaysia. Thread 9/13

The facilities are also continuously upgraded to meet world-class standards in an effort to ensure Southern Tigers players are always at their top performance levels. Thread 10/13

HRH Crown Prince of Johor has planned for an Altitude Training Centre & a Hydrotherapy Complex built at 3 training grounds (Padang Seri Gelam Training Centre, Padang Mawar Training Centre & the new training centre to be built beside the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium). Thread 11/13

With all the plans made by HRH Crown Prince of Johor, JDT are always progressive and are never tired of creating history after history.
