Our Academy team is also starting to show its fangs by winning three titles including at the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) Football Tournament and also the JSSL International 7's Championship in Singapore this year.

Yet the club have continued to suffer in terms of commercial value because of the declining attendance at the stadium. This has lead to some sponsors pulling out.

This matter has also led the club's board of directors to decide that the new stadium "may" not be ready for next year because there are plans to reduce the capacity from 40,000 fans to 20,000 fans.

This is simply because it is better commercially to have a filled stadium than a half empty one.
Other teams would want to have what you have right now but it is deeply saddening that the strong-minded mentality built is collapsing. Rise, my fellow Johoreans.

Lastly, to those that want to see JDT go extinct, it is like trying to get the Sun to stay still. As long as I am here, that is impossible. Anyhow, I want to say thank you.
