Pertama sekali saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh penyokong yang hadir pada malam semalam untuk memberikan sokongan kepada pasukan. Ianya sungguh meriah. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi tahniah kepada penyokong JDT dan bangsa Johor yang mengekalkan statistik kehadiran paling ramai di stadium Larkin berbanding di stadium-stadium lain untuk beberapa tahun berturut-turut.
Ada beberapa pihak yang mengatakan penyokong tidak hadir ke stadium adalah kerana disebabkan kenyataan saya sebelum ini. Persoalannya, tiga tahun lepas penyokong tidak hadir ke stadium oleh sebab apa pula? Adakah kerana kenyataan saya? Penyokong pasukan lain yang tidak hadir ke stadium mereka pun disebabkan oleh kerana kenyataan saya juga?
Janganlah ada sesetengah pihak yang ingin melaga-lagakan rakyat Johor dengan saya. Kenyataan yang saya lakukan sebelum ini pun, kebenarannya akan keluar tidak lama lagi. Saya berharap sangat pada minggu hadapan. YB Syed Saddiq tahu kisah sebenar. Saya juga tahu cerita sebenarnya. Dan saya juga tahu ada beberapa pihak yang mahu memanipulasikan senario tersebut. Tapi itu tiada masalah. Ia perkara kecil sahaja.
Anda boleh membenci saya, dan boleh tidak suka kepada saya. Tetapi jangan menghukum para pemain. Pemain telah memberikan sepenuh jiwa dan raga mereka dalam setiap perlawanan untuk memberikan kejayaan kepada kelab. Jadi, sokonglah pemain dan juga kelab. Bencilah saya asalkan pemain yang telah memberikan 100 peratus usaha dalam setiap perlawanan untuk kejayaan kelab menerima sokongan dari anda. Itu yang lebih mustahak.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to all fans who came last night to give their support to the team. It was amazing. I would like to congratulate all JDT fans and Bangsa Johor for maintaining the statistics of having the biggest attendance coming to stadium compared to other stadiums in the country for the last five years.
There are parties claiming that fans are not coming to the stadium due to my statements. The real question is, three years ago when fans were not coming to the stadium, what was their reason then? Was it because of my statements? Is it fair to say that the reason why other fans from other teams are not going to their stadiums are due to my statements too?
Let there not be any parties attempting to instigate Johoreans against me. The reasons behind the statements I made will be revealed soon. I hope it will be revealed by next week. YB Syed Saddiq knows the real story. I also know the real story. Adding to this, I also know that there are certain parties or individuals trying to contort my statements. Nevertheless, it is not a problem. To me, it’s a trivial matter.

You can hate me all you want, but as long as the players are giving a 100% effort in every match for the club's success, they deserved the support from you. That is more important.
