Kejayaan yang dicapai oleh Kelab Bolasepak Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) pada hari ini sehingga meraih sepuluh trofi setakat ini pada dasarnya terhasil dari usaha tanpa mengenal jemu DYAM Mejar Jeneral Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Mahkota Johor.
Pencapaian demi pencapaian terhasil dari titik peluh dan usaha keras baginda bersama para barisan pengurusan, pemain dan penyokong Harimau Selatan. Ilham utama baginda dalam membentuk kejayaan tersebut adalah demi membina perpaduan rakyat di negeri Johor khususnya Bangsa Johor yang terdiri dari berbilang kaum, agama dan keturunan.
Hasil kepercayaan penuh Bangsa Johor ke atas misi dan visi DYAM Tunku Mahkota Johor dalam memajukan bola sepak negeri Johor, JDT berjaya mengecapi nikmat kejayaan yang diimpikan. Luaskan Kuasamu Johor.

Success after success has been celebrated due to the hard work and determination of His Royal Highness along with the Southern Tigers management, players and fans. His Royal Highness' motivation behind the success is to foster the spirit of unity in Johor, especially among Bangsa Johor that comprises various races, religions and ancestries.
