Negeri Johor dan perlembagaannya tetap berdaulat. Baju melayunya tetap Teluk Belanga. Hanya muka sahaja bertukar baharu.
Kepada Bangsa Johor yang saya kasihi sekalian dan kerajaan baharu yang akan berkhidmat untuk negeri Johor.
Tahniah kepada parti politik yang berjaya memenangi PRU14. Nasihat saya kepada anda semua jangan lupa negeri Johor adalah negeri berdaulat yang mempunyai cara, budaya dan tata tertib kita sendiri. Kami semua yang berkhidmat kepada negeri Johor adalah hamba kepada rakyat. Kedaulatan negeri Johor dan kesejahteraan rakyat Johor mesti menjadi keutamaan anda semua yang berkhidmat kepada kerajaan DYMM Sultan Johor.
Walau apapun terjadi sentiasa pentingkan hak dan kesejahteraan rakyat bukan kepentingan peribadi. Kami harus belajar daripada kesilapan orang lain. Saya ingin mengingatkan sekali lagi jangan lupa kedaulatan negeri Johor, perlembagaan negeri Johor dan kesejahteraan rakyat Johor. Walau apapun terjadi, Johor mesti sentiasa jadi Johor.

To my beloved people of Johor and to the new government who will be serving the state of Johor.
Congratulations to the political parties who have won in the 14th General Elections. My advice to all of you is to never forget that Johor is a sovereign state that has it's own culture and specific code of conduct. We who serve the state of Johor are in fact servants of the people. Safeguarding Johor's sovereignty and harmony is your priority as servants of HM The Sultan of Johor's Government.
Come what may, always have the welfare of the people first and not your own personal interest. We need to learn from the mistakes that others have made. I'll say it again, never forget the sovereignty of Johor, the Johor state constitution and it's welfare. Whatever happens, Johor must always be Johor.
