Inilah salah satu sebab dan fakta mengapa Kelab Bolasepak Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) berjaya dalam segala aspek sama ada di dalam dan di luar padang. Antara sebabnya ialah kerana DYAM Mejar Jeneral Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Mahkota Johor tidak pernah berhenti bekerja, sentiasa inovatif dan sentiasa mempunyai idea-idea baru.
Semasa dalam perjalanan ke Portugal, baginda berbincang berkenaan tempat duduk di stadium baharu iaitu berkaitan kualiti dan jenis yang akan digunakan. Baginda turut berbincang mengenai empat pemain luar negara yang akan ditandatangani iaitu dua pemain untuk JDT dan juga dua pemain untuk JDT II pada jendela perpindahan bulan Mei akan datang.
